Application Method

• Time: DSR: 15-25 DAS | Transplanted: 10-15 DAT
• Water Volume: 500 L/ha using flat fan or floodjet nozzle
• Mixing: Mix measured quantity in a small amount of water, stir well, then add rest of water to prepare final solution.
• Spray Conditions: Preferably in morning/evening. Avoid windy conditions.

Mode of Action

Eketsu acts as an ALS inhibitor (Amino Acid Synthesis Inhibitor) that disrupts the biosynthesis of essential amino acids (valine, leucine, and isoleucine), leading to stunted growth and death of weeds. Long residual activity ensures lasting protection.

Safety & Precautions

• Drain the field before application and re-flood 24 hours later. Maintain water for 10 days post-application.
• Do not enter treated fields for 24 hours post-spray.
• Use PPE during application. Do not spray against wind. Avoid direct contact or inhalation.

Antidote

No specific antidote. Treat symptomatically in case of accidental exposure.
